My Song

I'm sure I'm not the only one who hears a song and then it becomes YOUR song, a song that you can relate to - Well this one is MY SONG A THE MOMENT.

The X-factor is a reality show very much like the show American Idol...Simon Cowell is also the creator and a judge on this show like he is on Idols.
I watched the year that Leona Lewis won the show and have enjoyed watching her go from a girl next door to an international sensation...
I think she's brilliant...have every CD she has recorded and am looking forward to her new one with this song Happy on it.

The video clip is Leona on the result show last night where she sang MY song.

Do you have a song you hear that you can relate to and if what is it??
~ Thanks for visiting my blog ~

I'm always changing "my song"! Depends on my mood and how I feel, but my favourite song of all time is "Strangers in the Night" by Frank Sinatra. That's was also P and my wedding song! I have loved it since I was a little girl!

I have various songs it depends on my mood.

My all time favourites are Bruce Springsteen's Thunder Road and The promised land.

At this moment my favourite is Melissa Etheridge - I run for life.

We have the X-Factor in Holland too but I never watch it because R. hates that kind of shows and they are always in weekends when we watch something we both like.

Haven't got a favourite at the moment. But there is one song (which we don't hear much anymore as it's from quite a few years ago) "Have you had a bad day" - no idea who sings it - but whenever I hear it, it reminds me of being very very hurt by my eldest brother who accused me of causing my mom's stroke!!!!! It happened to be playing on the radio in the car when I went to shops to get basic provisions - on the same morning I got the email from him blaming me for her condition!! It's a long long story - but that song always takes me back to that day! :( He eventually did apologise after a time - but the memory is still there. I forgave but can never forget.
Oh yes - there have been happy songs before and after then but can't think of one in particular - goes with the mood at the time !!!

Love Leona Lewis, I have her last album and still am not sick of listening to it. I'm sure her new album will be just as good as the first one.
My song is one step at a time by Jordin Sparks. I also like Beautiful you are by deborah cox.
Oh and to answer your question Marcelle, the garmin is a GPS device that tracks your distance, speed, calorie burn, heart rate amoung other things that I haven't fiqured out yet :0)

Tons of songs are going through my head, but I always come back to one. Its "Stand" by Rascall Flats". About how no matter the circumstance (and we both know Im having several at the moment lol), that when life gets you down......you should Stand. Be proud of who you are, what you have accomplished, etc..

Love you Marcelle! So proud of how well you have done! Ill be in touch through email ASAP!
