Thursday

I didn't go to gym this morning...instead I did ( am busy ) with the two baskets of ironing...
Part of me feels very guilty for not going
The other part reminds me that I'm going to be teaching a class this evening, so OK....
Will end up doing something...
Then the other side reminds me that the floor is very slippery and I never burn more than 250 calories so should actually go to gym and do a better workout.
Today...I'm too lazy!!
I'm going to blame it on the Americans...
They're having a holiday and now I'm in holiday mood as well...LOL
All the American's fault I tell you!!!

Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends/readers
I'm thankful for my beautiful grandchildren....

~ Thanks for visiting my blog ~

Those darn Americans, messing with your workout plans. How dare they?! LOL! I love the mouse ears your granddaughter is wearing!

Have fun teaching that class tonight. I wish I was there, I'd be your student!

are those mouse ears? I missed them in the first set of pics. Too cute.

I rarely iron (I save mine up and my husband does his own) but when I do - I have a lot. and I iron in front of a really good movie.

have a great day.

I can't remember how many classes you teach a week - and are they all step? hour or 45 minutes? and how many people per class? is this at a gym? and do you primarily attract English speaking people or a mix? (you may have said this all before and I just wasn't around then).

you poor thing! I didn't think/know about not being able to work.

And I imagine this has been a cart/horse, catch 22 thing - thinking each year that it was temporary, having the temporary stretch out, not wanting to take steps because of it.

How much socialization DO you get?

Is taking language classes something that you now wish you had done in the beginning - if you would have known how long this would last? Are you considering taking them now?

Well, go right ahead and blame it on us!! I don't know about the other Americans on here, but I'm tired. The kids and hubby are napping after enjoying a big Thanksgiving Feast for lunch.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey girl, don't feel guilty, you're giving a class tonight so you'll have your workout even though it's not tough enough for you. I'm proud of your workout regime so 1 day not going to the gym is okay!

Marcelle, you should read this blog sometime:

Kenz is such a positive person and her blogs are so pleasantly to read.

Perhaps you could pay her blog a visit, I'm sure you'll like it too.

I absolutely LOVE "blame it on the Americans"!!! That's got to be one of the best lines ever!!

How did your class go? I'm sure you'll be back at the gym tomorrow morning. As for me, I've got some serious Turkey Day overeating to work off!!! So I guess I'll stumble into class at 5:30AM...

I am so sorry you are feeling homesick girl - I am not helping with the pics am I? And you know what, ironing also burns kilojoules, or so I am told.

Ill take the blame! Though, I did get a short work out in, made a turkey, roasted cauliflower, a spice cake, did some laundry, dishes (4 times), etc.......but its okay for YOU to be LAZY on OUR holiday! LOL....just kidding! You still worked out and ironing is a good upper body workout! Love the pic of your babies.

Gave you an award cause I love you!
